Licence Problem

Our one server crashed, I reinstalled it now it says I need reactivate but it says key in use I need urgent assistance.

I have no backups now.

Hi there,

Thanks for posting.

Unfortunately with licensing issues, you'll need to contact our support team (support@backupassist.com) as we'll require a copy of the license key(s) you require to be deactivated. We recommend not posting the keys on a public forum for obvious reasons. :D

Also if it's a new system (new install of Windows) then you should be on a 30 day trial which will allow you to continue running backups while we sort out the licenses for you.
